What to pitch

We consider proposals on garment details, fabric character, clothing care at a general level, personal style, dress codes and fashion history. A strong pitch names its central question, explains what a reader will understand by the end and shows how the subject differs from familiar fashion coverage.

Make the proposal specific

Tell us the intended angle, likely structure and any sources or examples you would use. Keep claims proportionate, separate personal opinion from factual explanation and disclose relevant commercial interests. We are not looking for copied material, undisclosed promotional copy or claims that depend on unverified testing.
